Not only is Alex a registered chiropractor and proud founder of Your Health Sport and Spine, he is only one of a handful dual qualified chiropractors and physiotherapists in Australia.
Alex has always had a strong connection with the Hills District community, he went to school there and been involved with the Redfield College Old Boys Rugby Club, Westbrook Junior AFL club and many other local associations.
He has a special interest in chronic back pain and sports injuries. Currently he is the Head if Injury Management for Redfield College Old Boys Rugby Club and Thornleigh Squash Club he has also worked with various other sporting clubs and teams including most recently the Canberra Raiders in 2018 preseason. Prior to the establishment of Your Health Sport and Spine Alex worked as part of an agent for WorkCover NSW looking at ways to better assess people who have undergone permanent injury.

Alex has spent over 5 years at university graduating with both a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic. In this time Alex has developed a passion in helping people, with a key interest in sports; especially boxing.
Since his graduation Alex has continued his education in undertaking a Master of Research under supervisor Dr. Reidar Lystad at Macquarie University. In which Alex rubbed shoulders with researchers from the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS). Currently his research focus is boxing injury and performance and was fortunate enough to present these findings at the 2018 Sports Medicine Australia Conference. Alex plans to pursue a PhD in boxing injury prevention after the completion of his Master of Research.
